First Total Synthesis of (±)-3-(5-Hydroxy-4,7,8-trimethyl-3E,8-nonadiene)-△^(2)-butenolide
摘要
An efficient total synthesis of ()-3-(5-hydroxy-4,7,8trimethyl3E,8nonadiene)2 butenolide 1, an unusual homosesquiterpene, starting from geraniol 2 through ten steps are described.
