摘要
著名的RZH解悖标准内含一个重要内容———逻辑矛盾消失。而黄展骥先生却指出坚持不矛盾律的普适性是形式派的“解悖偏见”。本文分别从形式派解悖方案并未压制矛盾、并未攻击稻草人等方面 ,与黄先生商榷。文章最后指出 ,否认不矛盾律的普适性也未必能合理解悖。
Contradiction dissolved' is an important part of the famous RZH criterion of the solution of paradoxes. However, Mr. Huang Zhanji argues that it is only the formal school's bias to adhere to universal validity of law of contradiction in the solution of paradoxes. This essay points out that the formal school's project does not suppress the contradiction and or attack the straw man. The essay also argues that denying the universal validity of law of contradiction cannot guarantee the reasonable solution of paradoxes.
