关于中国员工个体特征对其公司满意度影响的实证研究 被引量:68

摘要 我国经济转型期员工的公司满意度受到员工个体特征的影响如何,以及哪些特征对其满意度的影响更为显著,除定性的分析外,需要进一步的定量分析予以揭示。本文通过对 Z 企业集团员工个体特征与其公司满意度之间关系的实证分析,得出对公司满意度具有重要影响的员工个体特征,并对其进行具体的解释和讨论。这一结论能够为人力资本管理和公司治理的深化提供来自员工自身的依据。 It is widely admitted that the staff’s characteristics will have impact on their satisfaction to the ?rm in China, but the way that the staff’s characteristics in?uence their satisfaction is unclear for businesses in the emerging mature economy, because there are no articles on this topic at present. In this study, we try to explore how the staff’s characteristics will in?uence their satisfaction to the ?rm, using the questionnaire survey in Z ?rm in Shanghai. As a result of this study, the staff’s education level and monthly salary are the most important factors in?uencing their satisfaction to the ?rm; besides, the staff’s age, duties, working periods in the ?rm etc, are affecting their satisfaction degree to the ?rm, respectively. This information can guide human resources administration of the ?rm in China.
