摘要
以发光细菌做为毒理指标 ,对国控大凌河水、底泥进行采集 ,监测分析、以发光细菌的抑光率或相当标准毒物氯化汞浓度 (mg/L)来评价大凌河水质 ,底泥的总体急性生物毒性。
The present feasibility study adopts illuminating bacteria as toxicological index in sampling the water and bottom clay of the state-controlled Daling River for monitoring and analysis. The total acute bio-toxicity of the water quality and bottom clay is evaluated by the light-inhibiting ratio of the illuminating bacteria.
