摘要
报告了S90—制液车的工艺布局及配灌间洁净环境的设计,讨论了高效空气过滤器的合理使用及安装,确定了适于S90—制液车的净化设备,通过测试实验证明,我们设计的洁净工作间符合GMP洁净级别标准。
This paper presents technological layout of S90-Ⅳ fluidmaking ve- hicle and the design of clean environ ment for Ⅳ fluid preparing and pouring,dis- cusses the air purification equipment that suits for S90—Ⅳ fluid making vehicle and the resonable use and installation of HEPA filter.It has been proved that the clean room designed is in accordance with the clean grade standard of GMP.
