摘要
人们通常用阿仑方差 (AllanVariance)来表征原子频标的频率稳定度。在国外 ,测量铷原子频标长期频率稳定度时 ,除采用阿仑方差外 ,也通常运用哈达玛方差 (HadamardVariance)进行表征。本文简要介绍了哈达玛方差和阿仑方差 ,以及两种方差在铷原子频标日频率稳定度测试中的具体应用 ,并对测量结果进行了比较分析。
Allan Variance usually be used to express frequency staility of atomic frequency standard. Excluding Allan Variance, Hadamard Variance usually be used to do the same at external. This paper summarily introduces both Allan Variance and Hadamard Variance. And two kind of Variances have been applied in the concrete to measure frequency stability with one day sample time of R b Atomic frequency standard. The compare analysis of measurement results has also been made.
