摘要
8批猪细小病毒病油乳剂灭活疫苗共免疫PPVHI抗体阴性猪 2 3头 ,每批 2~ 3头 ;免疫阴性豚鼠2 4只 ,每批 3只。均设不免疫为对照。定期采血 ,测定PPVHI抗体 ,进行猪和豚鼠免疫后抗体比较试验。全部出现抗体反应的时间 ,猪是免疫后 1周 ,豚鼠是免疫后 4周。 2 3头免疫猪攻毒后 ,从血浆和内脏中均未分离到病毒 ,而从对照猪血浆和内脏中均分离到病毒 ,证明当免疫豚鼠HI≥ 6 4时 ,免疫猪能抵抗PPV强毒的攻击。
Eight groups of inactivated oil-emulsion Porcine Parvovirus Vaccine were used to inoculate 23 PPV HI antibody-negative swine and 24 PPV HI antibody-negative guinea pigs, each group being 2~3 swine and 3 guinea pigs and having control ones that were not inoculated. Their blood plasmas were collected at reg- ular intervals, and the comparative test of PPV HI antibody was made between the swine and the guinea pigs after inoculation. The results showed that the time when their HI antibody turned positive was a week after inoculation for all the swine and 4 weeks after inoculation for all the guinea pigs. After the 23 inoculated swine were infected with PPV, no virus was found in their blood plasmas and viscera. But the virus was found in all the bloom plasmas and viscera of the control swine. The result showed that when PPV HI of inoculated guinea pig ≥64, the swine inoculated with the vaccine could resist PPV infection.
