摘要
我们采用高精密度的LECO RO-416DR型定氧仪成功地测定了无氧铜中微量氧。对试样的加工、表面抛光技术进行了研究,优选了最佳的分析条件,用拟定的方法分析美国LECO公司Part No.502-031铜的氧标准物质,结果为2.8μg/g(给定值为3.0μg/g)。就样品的分析结果进行了实验室之间的对照,准确度和精密度都令人满意,相对标准偏差≤20%。
For the determination of trace oxygen in oxygen-free copper by inert gas fusion method, we used the Leco RO-416 DR oxygen determinator which has a low blank, high accuracy and sensitivity. The sample processing and surface polishing technique have been studied. The optimal conditions for the determination are chosen. Under these conditions, 2.8 ug/g oxygen is obtained for the Leco Part No. 502-031 copper calibration sample ( nominal value; O=3.0ug/g). The determination results obtained between the different labs are satisfactory in the accuracy and precision, which are in good agreement. The relative standard deviation is less than 2.0%.
