曹雪芹的《红楼梦》是中华文化的瑰宝。红楼梦研究是一门源远流长、博大精深的学问。关于曹雪芹的生平,《红楼梦》的版本,红楼人物形象塑造,作品的艺术魅力,以及不同观点的论争,成为红楼梦研究永恒的话题。本刊开辟“红楼梦研究”专栏,旨在促进当代红学研究的深入和普及,配合本校相关学科的教学与科研,扩大刊物的社会影响。
A Dream of Red Mansions is the gem of Chinese culture. The research on A Dream of Red Mansions is a knowledge of long standing and eruditeness. Perpetual subjects concerning research on A Dream of Red Mansions include life story of Cao Xueqin, the version of A Dream of Red Mansions, the portrayal of the characters in A Dream of Red Mansions, the artistic glamour of the work and disputes between different viewpoints. The purpose of the initiation of the Column of Research on A Dream of Red Mansions is to facilitate the deepening and popularization of research on A Dream of Red Mansions, co-ordinate the teaching and scientific research of other related subjects and expand the societal influence of the journal.
