摘要
社科类学报编辑规范存在的问题主要是:中文参考文献的著录形式与理工类学报的著录形式基本相同,忽视了社科类学报参考文献的人文内涵;参考文献与注释的区别太笼统,编辑不好处理;对文章中不完整引用的材料,标点问题处理无规范,各学报编辑的处理五花八门;对外文(正文及参考文献)的编辑无规范等。建议行业指导部门组织人力编辑详尽的中国编辑界甚至学术界通用的编辑手册,以指导编辑工作并使之有利于学术规范。
the main problems in the editorial standardization of journals of social sciences are as follows: the similarity of the record of Chinese reference books between journals of social sciences and natural sciences makes less prominent the humanities of social sciences journals; the distinction between reference books and notes is so obscure as to make editors troublesome; there is no standard for punctuations of incompletely quoted data, editors compile them differently; there is no standard for compiling foreign languages (the body and reference books). The paper suggests that the relevant branches should compile an editorial standardization commonly used in the editorial and academic fields, which would be helpful to edition and academic standardization.
