摘要
本文报告一种选择性远程DEPT的NMR新方法。实验结果表明,用该方法可以鉴别^(13)C,^(15)N和^(31)P等NMR信号,连接被季碳和杂原子分割的自旋系统,而导出化合物的结构。本文着重讨论该方法在甙类化合物结构研究中的应用。
This paper reports a new NMR technique: selective long-range DEPT.The result obtained showed that the technique can be used to assign NMR signal of ^(13)C,^(15)N and ^(31)P nuclei, and connect the spin systems separated by quaternary carbon orheteroatom. This paper deals mainly with applying the technique for determining theglycosidation position in aglycone moiety and sequence of sugar moiety in anatural glycoside.
