摘要
目的 :研究血清瘦素 (leptin)水平与多囊卵巢综合征 (polycysticovarysyndrome,PCOS)胰岛素抵抗的关系。 方法 :采用放射免疫法检测 17例PCOS和 2 0例对照组血清leptin、促黄体生成素 (LH) /促卵泡素 (FSH)及空腹胰岛素水平 ,用氧化酶法检测血浆葡萄糖浓度。结果 :PCOS组血清leptin水平、LH/FSH、胰岛素抵抗指数 (HOMA IR)及体重指数均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血清leptin水平与HOMA IR、LH/FSH及BMI呈中度正相关 (分别为r =0 .5 4 ,P <0 .0 1;r=0 .4 9,P <0 .0 5 ;r=0 .6 4 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :leptin在PCOS患者血清中水平显著高于对照组且与PCOS胰岛素抵抗程度有中度正相关 ,提示leptin对PCOS的发病有一定的关系。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum leptin level and insulin resistance in polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Serum contents of leptin,LH/FSH and fasting insulin,and plasma level of fasting glucose were detected by radioimmunoassay and oxidase test respectively in 17 patients with PCOS and 20 controls.Insulin resistance index was calculated with homeostasis model assessment(HOMA).Results:Serum leptin and LH/FSH concentrations,HOMA-IR and body mass index (BMI)in PCOS were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01).Serum leptin level was positively correlated with HOMA-IR,LH/FSH and BMI respectively(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:Leptin is related to insulin resistance in PCOS patients,and thus could contribute to the pathogenesis of PCOS.
