摘要
2010年三峡重庆库区各区县的COD和NH3-N排放总量分别应为12.63万t/a和0.78万t/a,为了实现库区各个沿江城镇城区段的水环境控制目标,需要将总量分配到各个沿江区县。根据库区的实际情况,分别采用2种分配方法:根据排放量及污染带面积大小进行分配和等比例分配,对重庆库区2010年允许污染物排放总量进行了分配。并在此基础上提出了实现三峡重庆水污染控制和水环境目标的具体措施。
The water environment will become very important in the Three Gorges Area. In the year 2010, the total control amount of pollutants (COD & NH(3)-N) discharging into the reservoir of Chongqing Three Gorges Area is 126,300 t/a and 7,800 t/a respectively. Two allocating methods, considering both the discharging amounts and contaminated zones, and proportionally allocating are adopted. Based on the final allocating result, some measurements to realize the water pollution control and water environmental protection are proposed.
