摘要
衰老是自然界的规律,谁都不能违背这一规律,然而,通过体育锻炼可以延缓老年人的衰老,促进其身心的健康。本文主要从心理和生理两个方面阐述运动对老年人的身心的影响。
It is natural that human body's functions grow old with the old growing.while physical exercises can delay the process of old and build up their bodies.From physical and mental aspects,this review will illustrate that exercise will influent on the aged man's bodies.
