摘要
针对国内火电厂负荷优化分配中存在的问题,提出了厂级负荷优化分配的工程化和实用化设计思想及总体结构,并开发了负荷优化运行软件。重点讨论了该软件的主要功能和算法,包括数据接收及处理、负荷优化分配和信号接收及处理3个功能模块,主功能是负荷优化分配模块。在算法上采用了改进的等微增率原理,主要考虑了煤耗特性曲线拟合方法、特性曲线间断点的近似处理和机组负荷上、下限限制的问题。
Aiming at the existing problems of optimal load distribution in domestic power plants, the design guidelines and the whole structure of plant optimal load distribution system are presented, and the software of optimization operation is developed. The main function modules of the software include data acquisition and disposal module, optimal load distribution module and signal receiving and disposal module, and the optimal load distribution is main function. The improved equal incremental principle is adopted in the software, the problems of the fitting methods of the coal consumption curve, the disposal of discontinuous consumption curve and the changing scope restriction of the units output are mainly considered.
