摘要
介绍典型企业雇佣制度———合同工资制的特点,在此基础上,分析了员工进行专用性人力资本投资时可能遭受的机会主义风险,并考察了合同工资制是否为其提供了充分的保障.指出在专用性人力资本中非常重要的典型的合同工资制雇佣形式是不适合的,从而有必要通过其他制度安排进行治理.
In the paper, the character contractual wage system,one of typical employment institutions is introduced.On this basis,it is pointed that,when employees has made the investment on firm specific human capita,they may suffer may suffer the risk of employer's opportunism.And,whether the contractual wage system offer the enough protect to the Investment of employees will be studied.In the paper,it will be proved that,for those firms in which firm specific human capital is important,the typical contractual wage system maybe not suitable,therefore,there must be other Institutional arrangements to govern the complex relationship.
