摘要
采用渗流法制备泡沫铝,系统研究了工艺参数对渗流长度的影响。结果表明:渗流长度随预热温度、颗粒尺寸、外加压力和铝液浇注温度的增大而增长,其中预热温度和颗粒尺寸对渗流长度影响较大。
Foam Al-alloys was prepared using infiltration method.The effects of the technological factors on the infiltration length were systematically studied.Experimental results showed that the infiltration length increased with the preheated temperature of particles,the size of particles,the external pressure and the pouring temperature of Al-melt. The preheated temperature and the size of particles are more effective than other factors.
