摘要
对24例孔源性视网膜脱离病人的视网膜下液铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu/Za SOD)和锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn SOD)活性进行了初步测定。结果表明:总SOD 活性26±9(Nu/ml),Cu/Zn SOD 活性22±8(Nu/ml),Mn SOD 2±1(Nu/ml).与自身血清比较,SRF 中Mn SOD 活性占总SOD 活性的百分比明显降低。
Superoxide dismutases(SODs)activity was measured in the subretinal fluid(SRF)of24 eyes with the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.In SRF,there was 26±9 NU/ml ofthe SODs which contains Cu/Zn-SOD and Mn-SOD.They were 22±8NU/ml and 2±1NU/ml,respectively.Compared with autologous serum,there were significant high levelof SODs in SRF(P<0.01),but low level of Mn-SOD(P<0.00).
