摘要
将家兔20只20眼随机分为四纰,观察不同浓度下(17万u/ml、1.7万u/ml、1700u/ml、空白对照)多粘菌素B 对眼组织的毒理学作用。结果:17万u/ml 组结膜高度充血水肿,角膜水肿浸润,们结膜上皮细胞退行性变。炎细胞浸润、新生血管和纤维组织增殖,视网膜细胞功能降低。以上改变随药物浓度降低而减轻。实验提示目前多粘菌素B 的临床眼用浓度毒性作用较大,应在有效治疗作用前提下尽可能减低给药浓度。
The toxic effects of polymyxin B with various measures of concentration (17万u/ml.,1.7万u/ml.,1700u/ml.and polymyxin B not applied) on ocular tissue were studied by expe-rimenting on 4 groups of 20 eyes of 20 rabbits.In 17万u/ml.group changes which lessenedin accordance with the reduction in the concentration of polymyxin B.The experimentindicates that the current ocular application of polymyxin B with high concentrationproduces excessive toxic effects and that the application of the drugwith the lowestpossible concentration is recommended on condition that desired therapeutic effects aresecured.
