摘要 采用电子自旋共振法(ESR)检测了氩激光光凝后视网膜的自由基。12只家兔分为正常、对照、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丹参治疗组。光凝后视网膜组织的ESR 信号积分值明显高于正常组、SOD 组和丹参组,但后两组间无显著差异。提示激光视网膜凝固直接产生大量自由基,SOD 和丹参可部分减低自由基的产生。 Retinal free radicals after argon laser photocoagulation were measured by electronspin resonance(ESR).Twelve pigmented rabbits were divided into normal,control,su-peroxide dismutase (SOD) and Tanshine treatment groups,6 eyes each group.ESR exam-ination of the retinal tissue showed that ESR signal integral value in the control groupwas significantly higher than that of either SOD group or Tanshine group,but nosignificant difference between SOD and Tanshine groups.The results indicate that argonlaser retinal photocoagulation can directly produce large quantity of free radicals in theretina,which can be diminished in part by SOD or Tanshine.
