随着“阳光权”纠纷案的日渐增多,以往日照间距管理存在的深层次问题逐渐暴露出来,针对造成这些问题的原因,城市建筑间距管理需及时更新管理理念,加强规划编制与规划管理的联系,引进计算机日照分析软件,建立建筑基础数据库,实现高精确度的成熟管理。
With the increase in dispute cases of'Right of Sunlight',the inner-deep problems of management of sunlight space between buildings are gradually showingup.To find the cause of these problems,we must timely update the concept of management in the management of space between buildigns in cities,enhance therelationship between planning workout and planning management,introduce the computer sunlight analysis software,set up basic database for buildings to achievemature management with high accuracy.
