摘要
本文从国际上关于大学城的概念和类型着手,分析和指出了中国大学城的发展与建设在发展战略定位和规划方面、发展模式方面、管理体制方面等都存在一些问题,进而提出和论述了解决问题的思路,即在大学城建设的战略指导思想上、管理体制上、服务职能上都要坚持以人为本、以学生为中心的理念。
From the contact and the pattern of University Town, the author analyzes and points out the problems existing in the course of its developing and building, such as the strategic orientationand programming, the developing model, the management system. And then puts forward and discusses the way of solving them, which insists the ideal that regards people as foundation and puts students into center to deal with the strategic orientation, the management system and the service function.
