摘要
盖茨(Getz)提出一种整合的系统模型作为旅游规划的框架,它可以避免旅游规划以往只关注发展的倾向,也有利于旅游研究的理论发展。这一模型的理论基础是整体系统理论,其递进关系为:理解控制旅游系统;形成目标;制定达成目标的具体项目;选择并评价可能的规划;实施;评价和反馈。
Getz put forward a comprehensive systematic mode as the framework for tourism planning and thought that it would avoid the orientation of sole development in tourism planning and thus would promote tourism theories. This mode is based on the integral systematic theory which requires, first, the understanding and control of tourism system, second, establishment of goals and specific programs, third, evaluation of the practical planning, fourth, implementation, and last, reevaluation and feedback.
