摘要
通过对汽车上的重要零件转向蜗杆的编程方法分析,针对节点坐标值传统数学处理方法的不足,提出了一种新的确定节点坐标值的算法,并运用该方法加工出了合格的零件.实践证明该方法在加工精密的尤其是不适宜进行自动编程的空间曲面时,具有简单易行的特点,且能很好地保证零件的加工精度和表面粗糙度.
Through analyzing NC programming method of typical surface of parts of auto and aiming at the shortage of traditional programming way,we proposed a new method of calculating joint.We applied the new method to the practical production and obtained a better result.The result also shows that the method is simple and easy,at the same time,guarantees the surface roughness and machining precision of parts.
