摘要
用营养液培养的方法研究了不同供锰水平对鲜食油菜某些生理指标的影响。结果表明:缺锰(0mol·L-1)、低锰(5×10-9,10-8mol·L-1)与正常供锰(10-6mol·L-1)相比,油菜叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、蛋白质、硝态氮含量显著降低;正常供锰的油菜POD活性维持较低水平;缺锰及低锰处理油菜根中SOD活性降低,但在叶片中,正常供锰的SOD活性也维持较低水平。
The effects of different manganese concentrations on Pak-chor growth were studied with hydroponics. The results showed that under the conditions of lacking ( 0 mol·L^(-1)) and low level ( 5×10^(-9) and 10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)) of Mn^(2+) supply, compared with that of normal Mn^(2+) concentration ( 10^(-6) mol·L^(-1)), the contents of chlorophyll, carrotenoid, protein and nitrate dropped obviously. With regard to some enzymic activities, the activity of peroxidase ( POD) in the normal Mn^(2+) supplying Pak-chor seedlings was lower than others. The super oxide dimutase (SOD) in roots displayed lower activity in lacking and low Mn^(2+) supply, but in the leaves it was lower in normal.
