摘要
社会主义市场经济实质是按规则运作的经济、是讲信用的经济、是共同富裕的经济。法制是市场经济的制度基石,信用是市场经济的道德基石,公平是市场经济的价值基石,这三大基石构筑了社会主义市场经济的有机统一体。法制是外在的约束,信用是内在的自律,公平是社会主义质的规定性,三者互促互动,共同推动市场经济健康稳定有序地向前发展。
Socialist market economy is an economy that runs by following rules, keeping credit and reaching common prosperity. In socialist market economy, legal system is the institutional foundation, credit is the moral foundation and fairness is the value foundation. These three foundations have formed an organic unity and embodied external restraint, internal self-discipline and regulations of socialist quality of socialist market economy respectively. Three aspects promote mutually, carrying market economy forward to health and stabilization and good order.
