摘要
建立了小麦籽粒中多菌灵残留量的高效液相色谱测定法.样品以甲醇提取,二氯甲烷萃取净化,以Lichrospher C18柱(粒径5μm,4.6mm×250 mm)进行分析,流动相(V甲醇∶V水= 50∶50)流速为1 mL/min时,多菌灵保留时间7.237min.本方法最低检测限为15 μg/kg,加标回收率为88%~109%,变异系数4.718%~9.242%.
A HPLC method was developed for determination of carbendazim residue in wheat. Carbendazim in Powdered wheat was extracted with methanol, and purified by liquid-liquid distribution. The sample was analyzed by HPLC on Lichrospher C18 column, with mobile phase of methanol + water (50+50) at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min and UV detection at wavelength of 281nm, The retention time of carbendazim is 7.237min. The lowest detection limit is 15 g/kg, recovery is 88%~109%, and C.V.% is 4.718%~9.242%.
