摘要
给出了一种由神经元和静态解耦网络相结合的针对火电厂球磨机现场总线控制的方案。并在此基础上将此控制方案应用于火电厂球磨机的现场总线控制系统的设计和开发,论证了该种控制方案在FCS控制系统中的可行性,并详细阐述了该控制方案在FCS上位监控级和现场级的实现方法和过程。从实时仿真和现场运行的结果看,该种控制方案在FCS中实现可以取得令人满意的控制效果。
A kind of control scheme combining neuron control with static decoupling control for ball miller control in power plant is advanced and the simulation results are provided. The control scheme is applied in the designing and developing of fieldbus control system for ball miller control, the feasibility of applying the control scheme in FCS is elaborated and the implementation methods and procedure of applying the control scheme in FCS upper supervision and control level and plant level are expounded. The control scheme can achieve satisfactory control results from the results of real-time simulation and plant operation.
