摘要
目的 :从一个侧面探讨伽玛刀的作用地位。方法 :采取“伽玛刀”和“开颅手术”两治疗方法对垂体腺瘤治疗的住院日、治疗率、后续治疗率 ,以及病人收治数量的变化等方面进行对比分析。结果 :在239例垂体腺瘤的治疗中 ,伽玛刀治疗的平均住院日只是开颅手术的31.40 % ,治疗率占64.85 % ,后续治疗率2.58 % (开颅手术为38.10 % ) ,病人收治数量明显增加。结论 :伽玛刀在医疗绩效中的作用明显。
Objective To investigate the effect and the application of Gamma knife in the treatment of pituitary adeno-ma.Methods The clinical data of239patients with pituitary adenoma,either Gammaknife or opening skull operation was performed for them,were analyzed and the days being in hospital,the rate of treatment,the rate of extend treat-ment and the number of patient being in hospital was calculated.Results In the patients with Gamma knife treatment,the days being in hospital is31.40%and the rate of treatment is64.85%of that in the patients with opening skull oper-ation.The rate of extend treatment is2.58%,as compared with38.10%in the opposite patients.The number of patient being in hospital was increased obviously.Conclusion Gamma knife plays an important role in the treatment of pitu-itary adenoma.
