摘要
党的十六大确立了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。这一目标的确立对党的执政能力提出了新要求。应对新形势、新任务带来的机遇和挑战 ,我们必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,继续推进党的执政创新。当前 ,党的执政创新应着重从观念创新、领导体制创新、领导方式与执政方式创新及党的自身建设创新等几个方面展开。
The Party's Sixteenth National People's Congress established the object of comprehensive building of well-off society.The object raises new requirements on the Party's political function.Faced with the chances and challenges new situation and task ,we must be guided by the important thought of 'Three Represents',continue to improve the Party's ruling ability.We should begin with innovations of concepts?leading system,style of leader ship,etc.
