Developing the cooperative agriculture economy is an efficient solution to low-organized agriculture. In the new era, the development of cooperative agriculture economy should be based on family-operation and be compatible with the growth of the productive force of agriculture , progressing with the times and containing new content and new form. The development of cooperative agriculture economy should focus on the circulation of the agricultural commodities and the service of the agriculture .
