摘要
从植物器官中提取的果胶可以广泛应用于食品、化妆品和医药工业。在安康山地沟坡生长的豆腐柴含有丰富的果胶。本文研究了从豆腐柴中提取果胶的工艺过程和影响因素,得到较好的结果。
The plant——Japanese Premna is widely scattered in the mountains in Ankang, and inside the plant there is rich natural pectin, which can be commonly used, as additive, in food, cosmetics and medicine. Hereby, the technology of extracting is introduced, and the goal is achieved.
