摘要
该文是关于山西省境外投资情况的调查报告。文章从规模构成和阶段特征等方面介绍了该省境外投资的基本情况,提出了该省在对外投资及相应的外汇管理工作中存在的主要问题,并对相关政府管理部门在进一步大力发展境外投资时应重视的方面提出建议。
As a research report on Shanxi's overseas investment, this paper begins with an introduction of Shanxi's overseas investment in the aspects of scale, composition and characteristics, points out the major problems in overseas investment and related forex administration, and puts forward suggestions for the relevant authorities to further develop overseas investment.
