摘要
基于组态测试软件平台,采用数字滤波与模拟滤波、采集板相串联以设置不同信号放大倍率以及线路的合理布置等措施,进行了测试系统程序设计。并采用适当形式的热电偶、热电阻温度传感器及流量传感器,对自行设计的铸坯凝固实验装置中的铸坯内温度、冷却水流量及冷却水进出口温度进行了实时测试。测试结果验证了所开发的铸坯凝固过程测试系统的合理性和可靠性,从而为深入研究铸坯的凝固特性,以获得良好的铸坯凝固组织提供了有利的分析依据。
Based on modular testing software, the data filter, low-pass filter, series connection of the data collection boards for different multiplying power setting for different magnitude of testing signals and reasonable lines arrangement were used in the testing system. The suitable thermocouples, thermistors and flowmeters were used to measure the temperature of the casting slab, the flow rate, inlet and outlet temperature of the cooling water during the solidification process. The results have verified the validity and reliability of this system, which can provide useful information for better solidification structure.
