摘要
紊流中的溶质输运和生化反应过程与流场的紊动结构密切相关,对溶质输运、化学反应和微生物生灭等过程进行模拟时能够达到的精度又与所采用的数学模型和差分格式有关。高精度的数值模拟计算方法能够给出不同设计方案下流场内溶质的掺混、输运过程和微生物消长的大量细节,可以快捷、准确地对设计方案的运行效率作出合理评判。数值模拟中的不同处理方法,如采用不同的紊流模型、输运方程差分格式等,对输运和反应过程的模拟精度都产生影响。本文采用不同的涡粘性模型和对流项差分格式的组合计算了输运过程结果,并与实测资料进行对比,分析了不同模型组合对溶质输运过程模拟结果精度的影响,以此为依据提出了计算精度较高的模拟方法。
The solute transport and decay processes in turbulent flow are closely related to the structure of turbulence. The accuracy of simulated solute transport and biological decay processes is affected by the chosen numerical models and difference schemes. Simulation model can provide more detailed information of the hydrodynamic and solute transport characteristics when chosen properly. It is shown that calculations of shear stress and advection terms obviously affect the accuracy of numerical simulation for solute transport and decay processes. In this paper, various combinations of different eddy viscosity models and advective schemes are used to simulate the solute transport processes. The results are tested against a realistic tank configuration and measurements to assess the sensitivity of turbulence models and difference schemes by analyzing the predicted flow and the corresponding flow-through curves (FTC). Recommendations are made for more accurate methods for simulations of solute transport and decay processes on the basis of comparison of simulation results with measurements.
