摘要
本方法通过PCR扩增 ,从进口饲料泰农 - 40中得到 35S启动子和Nos终止子外源基因片段 ,同时 ,从进口饲料效美素中得到Nos终止子基因片段 ,经酶切验证 ,最后判定这两种饲料中均含有转基因成分。
The 35S and Nos forgign genes were identified in Tainong-40 by PCR,and Nos gene was detected only in Xiaomeisu. Through the validate of endonuclease,this two sorts of import feedstuffs (Tainong-40 and Xiaomeisu) were determined to contain transgenic ingredients.
