摘要
系统地研究了钛与间硝基苯基荧光酮的显色反应,试验了多种表面活性剂对显色体系的作用,确定了最佳显色体系为Ti(Ⅳ) m NPF Tween 60 PVA,在pH为1.85~2.20的盐酸介质中形成的红紫色络合物,ε541=1.37×105L·mol-1·cm-1,不经分离直接测定了合金钢中的微量钛,结果满意。
In a slightly acidic medium of pH 1.85~2.20 in HCl, a reddish violet complex is formed between Ti(Ⅳ) and m-nitrophenylfluorone (m-NPF) in the presence of Tween-60. The absorption maxima of the complex lies at 541nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.37×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Ti(Ⅳ) in alloy steel without separation. In the determination of Ti(Ⅳ) at the concentration levels of w(Ti) 0.43% and 0.64%, RSD′s (n=6) obtained were 0.9% and 1.8% respectively. Recoveries were found in the range of 99%~103%.
