摘要
结合精密合成碳膜电位器电阻体修刻机的研发 ,在给出合成碳膜电位器修刻系统的组成及修刻原理的基础上 ,从硬件和软件等方面分析了系统内影响修刻精度的各种因素 ,并提出了相应的误差补偿方法。
Taking the background of developing a scraping machine for resistance flan of carbon composition film potentiometer, the principle and composing of the scraping system were introduced. Multiple factors affecting scraping precision in both hardware and software were analyzed in detail. And the corresponding methods of error compensation were provided. The effectiveness compensation was sown at last.
