摘要
叙述了国内外数据库开发利用版权保护的现状,阐明了数据库开发利用版权保护中有关版权保护的标准、数据库合理使用、数据库利益平衡等问题的认识,提出了对数据库版权保护的建议。
In this article, the author introduces the status quo of development and utilization of database all around the world.Many views on database copyright protection are also discussed, including the criterion of copyright protection, the fair use of database, interest balance of database and so on.Then the author provides some suggestions to enhance intellectual property right protection for database.
