摘要
冠心病41例(男29例,女12例;年龄64±11a;其中心绞痛18例,无症状性心肌缺血23例)用心脑舒通30mg,tid,8wk为一个疗程。结果:心绞痛缓解率89％(16/18);对34例有缺血型ST-T改变者有效率56％;血液流变学中血浆粘度、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原,均有极显著下降(P<0.05-0.01),抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性显著增高(P<0.01)。无明显不良反应。
Effect of Xinnao Shutong (the saponins extracted from Tribulus terrestris L) on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and silent myocardial ischemia was investigated in 41 patients. All patients showed abnormal changes in rheology. The drug was given po 90-135 mg/d. The response rate on angina pectoris was 89 %, while the improvement of myocardial ischemic changes in resting ECG was 56 %, In the 12 patients on 24-h Holier monitoring, 9 patients showed improvement. The blood viscosity and the plasma fibrinogen decreased. Anti-thrombin III was elevated.
