摘要
探讨了酶法测定姬松茸多糖中 β 葡聚糖含量的方法 ,测得它的 β 葡聚糖含量在 3 7%~3 9%之间 ,标样的平均回收率为 86.8%。实验结果表明 ,此方法灵敏度高 ,测定结果可靠。
An enzyme method for analysis of soluble β-glucan in polysaccharides of Agaricus blazei Murill has been studied in this paper. The yield of the sample was 86.8% and and 3.7%~3.9% content of β-glucans were obtained using this method.
