摘要
使用一种全新、高效的高剪切涡流微反应场连续生产不同几何形状的超微沉淀碳酸钙 ,且平均表观粒径在20~30nm范围内 ;采用不同的晶型控制剂 ,可以得到立方形、链状、棒形、球形、纺锤形和树枝状不同晶型的CaCO3 粒子 ,从而实现超微沉淀碳酸钙的尺寸和形貌可控。
It is reported a newmethod of preparing ultra-fine CaCO 3 pow der of which the average particle size is about20~30nm by the newturbo-flowequipment with a micro-reaction field.This method can control the shape and size of CaCO 3 .The different crystal form CaCO 3 can be prepared by using different annexing agent,for example,cube,chain,code,ball,spindle and tree crystal form CaCO 3 can be made.The analysis methods include the particle size distribution and XRD.
