摘要
依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家 ,是邓小平法治思想的重大发展。研究邓小平法治思想 ,对于认清我国现时期法治发展规律 ,明确法治建设方向 ,有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文通过分析邓小平法治思想的形成 ,比较“法制”和“法治”的异同 ,阐述邓小平法治思想的基本内涵 ,分析探讨我国法治发展的规律 。
To govern the country with law and to construct the socialist nomocracy country is the great development of Deng Xiaoping's nomocracy thought. It is significant in theory and reality to study Deng's thought, to understand the recent nomocracy developing regulation of China, and to make clear nomocracy construction direction. The paper analyzes the formation of Deng's nomocracy thought, compares the similarities and differences of nomocracy and legal system, explains the basic connotation of Deng's nomocracy thought, explores nomocracy developing regular of China, and expounds further that Deng's nomocracy thought is the theory basis and action guidance for constructing socialist nomocracy country in China.
