摘要
对 1Cr12Mo马氏体不锈钢的空冷和风冷淬火冷却、1Cr12Mo马氏体不锈钢汽封环滚轧扩孔后的余热淬火进行了研究 ,结果表明 :6 6mm以下的 1Cr12Mo马氏体不锈钢可以利用风冷或空冷淬火来代替油冷淬火 ;
The paper has studied the quenching of air or forced air cooling for 1Cr12Mo Martensite stainless steel and the quenching of 1Cr12Mo sealing ring by making use of the afterheat of itself when rolling. The results show that the 1Cr12Mo Martensite stainless steel can be quenched by air or forced air cooling instead of oil when its thickness is less than 66 mm and that 1Cr12Mo sealing ring can be directly quenched by using the afterheat of itself when rolling.
