摘要
21世纪职业技术教育面临着市场经济的严峻挑战。重庆电力教育培训中心在经历改革的阵痛之后,走多元化发展之路,优化教育结构和教育资源,调整办学思路。在人才培养模式上,形成了"以基本素质和专业应用能力培养为主线,以复合型人才培养为主体,以计算机应用、外语培训为两翼,以产学合作为基本途径"的人才培育机制;在培训内容上,注意针对性、实用性和先进性;在培训方法上,实现了多形式结合;在培训手段上,实现传统教学方法和现代教学手段的有机结合,利用可视电话会议系统开展远程教学。积极投身市场,开源节流,促进多种产业的健康发展。
Since the market economy challenges the vocational technical education in the 21st century,the Chongqing Electric Power Educational Training Center has stepped onto a multifarious developing ways after the hardship in the renovation.It has optimized the educational structure and resources and improved the ideas of school running,formed a special training mode and system in content and ways,measures and management.Hence it has made a great favorable progress in its vocational educational revolution.
