小鼠非感染烫伤性休克一小时免疫功能变化

摘要 作者报道了在无菌条件下将小鼠造成ABP<9.0kPa的烫伤性休克1h,免疫变化如下:T淋巴细胞对ConA反应增强;此鼠脾细胞生成的IL-2刺激正常脾母细胞转化的效应明显降低;B淋巴细胞对葡萄球菌A蛋白(SPA)的反应无变化;全血吞噬细胞功能未受影响。结果表明,烫伤休克1h引起的某些免疫功能变化与感染无关。 In the process of shock, the causality between infection and depression of immuno—function should be clarified, this paper was designed to answer about it. Under condition of sterile operation,the ABP of mouse decreased to<9.0 kPa 5'—6' after scalding with 90℃ water, then it was desig-nated as the status of shock. At the end of one hour of shock, the immuno-function was examinated,the results were as follows: The ability of T-lymphocyte react to ConA increased but the B-lymphocyte reacting to SpA was normal; the spleenic mother cell proliferation induced by IL-2 which was produced by spleenie cell of shock mouse decreased. It indicated that the activity of IL-2 decreased one hour after shock. The function of phagocytosis of circulatory white blood cell was normal. All above experimental results demonstrated that the complicated infection was the initiative cause of the alter-ation of immumofunction.
