摘要
葡萄酒的原产地域命名是根据某区域内能产出品质优良、独具风格的葡萄和葡萄酒的原产地域地理标志而取名的系统命名法。葡萄酒原产地域命名系统建立的基础因素主要有影响葡萄酒质量因素和葡萄栽培区划气候因素。我国的葡萄酒原产地域命名系统的建立必须首先以国际相适应的工艺标准、原料标准、添加物标准、分析和感官标准等为基础 ,建立强制性的《葡萄酒》标准。(孙悟)
The named system of the original production place of Chinese grape wine comes from the geographic symbol of the place where quality grape wine and grape with specific style are produced. And it bases on those factors that influence the grape wine quality and the climate in grape cultivation area. The foundation of the named system in China must base on the foundation of compulsory standard of grape wine in accordance with the international standard of the technology, raw material, supplement and analysis.(Tran by YUE Yang)
