摘要
随着奥运会场馆建设大规模地层开,奥运会结束后的金融财务风险防范、赛场的利用也引起了人们的关注。奥运会结束之后场馆存在着市场风险、体制风险、金融市场不完全造成的风险。为了防止场馆及其相关设施建成之后财政或单个企业承担巨大金融风险,在建设之初就应该施行新的投融资体制,实现场馆、设施的服务多样化、市场化。此外,设计相关的金融产品积极引入社会资金,并使奥运投资建设主体多元化,使风险分散,收益掉期。
The construction of the gymnasiums for the Olympics is on going now, and the defense of financial risk and the efficiency use of gymnasiums after the game is also very important. To prevent the financial risk on treasure department or single enterprise, we should adopt the new financial system to realize the diversified and market oriented services. Moreover, importing more investors and more financial products to shoulder risks is a better choice.
