摘要
对6种凤尾藓属(FissidensHedw.)植物,即裸萼凤尾藓(FissidensgymnogynusBesch.)、小凤尾藓多枝变种(F.bryoidesvar.ramosissimusTher.)、尖肋凤尾藓(F.beckettiiMitt.)、直叶凤尾藓(F.strictulusC.Muell.)、二形凤尾藓(F.geminiflorusDoz.etMolk.)和卷叶凤尾藓(F.dubiusP.Beauv.)等6种茎的横切面观察,结果表明:茎中轴细胞的有无、形状及所占的比例,外皮部厚壁细胞的层数等特征因种类不同而有明显差异,可以作为分类依据之一.外皮部厚壁细胞的层数可能与植物的生境有关.
The structure of stems of six species of the Genus Fissidens Hedw.(Fissidens gymnogynus,F.bryoides var.ramosissimus,F.beckettii,F.strictulus,Fissidens dubius,Fissidens geminiflorus)were observed.The results indicated that features including the cell shape and the scale of axial part of stem,the number of layers of sclerenchyma of external cortex in the stem showed obvious difference according to varied species.These features are useful to identify some species.The number of layers of external sclerenchyma maybe connects with respective habitat.
