摘要
民办高校学报虽然起步较晚,但数量正在增加,质量正在提高,呈现越办越好的趋势。民办高校学报要坚持三项原则,即突出特色、勇于创新、服务现实。为了提高民办高校学报的水平,要加强编辑部建设,加强作者队伍建设,加强学报之间的联系。
Though the journals of civilian-run colleges and universities started quite late, yet their numbers are increasing and quality is raising and appear more and more good trend. Their journals must adhere to three principles, they are: standing out their features; bravely innovating and serving present facts. In order to enhance their level, it is necessary to strengthen their editorial establishment, construct their contributor ranks and strengthen linking one another.
